3 c. fresh peaches, pitted, peeled and cubed
1 c. fresh blueberries
1/2 tsp almond extract
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. sugar
2 T. flour

3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. oats
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. sliced almonds (or nut of your choice, I used pecans!)
1 stick butter, softened
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- In a large bowl, combine peaches, blueberries almond extract, lemon juice, 1/2 c. sugar and 2 T. flour. Pour into a deep dish pie plate or 8x8 baking dish.
- In a separate bowl mix flour to butter til crumbly. Sprinkle over berry mixture.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before enjoying with a scoop of vanilla ice cream!
