Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

1 c. white sugar
3 T. flour
3 c. sliced fresh strawberries
3 c. diced rhubarb
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. rolled oats
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- In a large bowl, combine white sugar, 3 T. flour, strawberries, and rhubarb. Pour into 9x13 inch baking pan.
- Mix 1 1/2 cups flour with butter, brown sugar and oats with a pastry blender or knives 'til crumbly. Crumble on top of the fruit mixture.
- Bake 45 minutes in the preheated oven until crisp and lightly browned.
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. YUM!
