Slow Cooker Pizza Casserole
1 pkg spiral pasta
1 lb. ground turkey
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, diced
2 cans (15oz) pizza sauce
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. (~5oz) mini pepperoni
- Cook pasta according to package directions, minus a minute or two, so that the pasta still has some bite. Meanwhile, in a skillet, cook turkey and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain.
- Drain pasta; place in 5 quart slow cooker. Stir in the turkey mixture, cheese, pizza sauce, soup, and pepperoni. Cover and cook on low for 2-3 hours or until heated through and the cheese is melted. Enjoy!

I have a similar recipe but w/ lasagne noodles and hamburger. I layer it in the crockpot just as you would making lasagne.
